Hi-Tech Venture Capital L.P (HTVC)

The Hi-Tech Venture Capital L.P, or The HTVC, is a venture capital fund based in Silicon Valley, U.S.A. HTVC invests in high-growth and high-tech start-up companies in the U.S.A. Its objectives are as follows :

a)	To explore investment opportunities
b)	To identify suitable technology to strengthen Malaysia’s technology based companies
c)	To establish an internship program for training

Flagship Capital Corporation Fund (FCC) (China/ASEAN)

Flagship Capital Corporation Fund, or the FCC, is a venture capital fund for investments made in China and the ASEAN region. FCC is managed by Hupomone Capital Partners Ltd.
The objective of FCC Fund is to realize investor value by nurturing and growing local entrepreneurial companies into regional corporations which benefit from the regional integration among the ASEAN countries and China, and further contributing to the same. The FCC Fund will predominantly invest in established entrepreneurial companies in the ASEAN countries and China, and synergistic early stage companies.

FCC Fund is a parallel fund with another fund, whereby the investors of the other fund are Asian Development Bank and Shamil Bank of Bahrain.

In the Malaysian context, FCC Fund is to initiate the following ;

a)	To assist Malaysian companies in high growth industries to expand into bigger markets such as China
b)	To transform successful companies from China and the ASEAN region into global multinationals with Malaysia serving as a base.

FCC Fund is currently finalizing several investments.

The Perdana Fund (Malaysia)

The Perdana Fund is a Malaysian-based investment fund which invests in Pre-IPO and high growth companies. To date, The Perdana Fund has invested in 14 companies, of which 7 are listed on the local bourse.
